Our warranties

All of our products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.

At Anitech, we are committed to making the best equipment for your dogs. If something is wrong with your Anitech product, we will work to fix it.

If you have received an Anitech item that you suspect may have a fault, please let us know by completing the form below.

Anitech will approve claims for products purchased from an authorized reseller or through anitech.shop. Approved claims will receive an e-gift card for the full replacement value of the product. Our warranty only covers defects in workmanship and materials and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

Misuse or misuse of the product
Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications
Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse or fire
